Leo's journey has been marked by letting his imagination run wild in order to pursue his dream, a dream that seeks to solve people's problems through his creativity and faith.

Leo started to materialise his dream, graduating from design and innovation at Andes University. As part of his thesis, he developed an ambitious business plan. This plan sought to strengthen his mum’s furniture business, proposing a new value proposition based on multifunctionality, innovation and outstanding customer services. As a result, Leo founded a furniture store called "Per La Casa".

For the first time, Leo experienced the challenges and rewards of the start-up space. These challenges fed his passion and understanding for strategic marketing, branding and design. As a result of his team and Leo’s effort, his furniture store grew consistently over its three years of operation.

Due to an international internship undertook by Leo at Procter and Gamble  in the USA, he visualised a new adventure to study abroad. Leo was excited to enrich his life with new cultures, technologies and trends to help people globally, so he left his comfort zone, but not the one he loves. Leo invited his girlfriend, now his wife, to explore with him a new continent far away from family and home.  

Leo and his wife arrived in Brisbane, Australia, in 2015 to study a Master of Marketing  Advanced at Griffith University. Since his arrival, Leo has been learning and collaborating diligently in every task entrusted to him. First, he started his journey in Oceania as an international student and then was part of the field marketing team of electronic brands and help refugee women strengthen their social business through a marketing consultancy role.  

Thanks to his heavenly father, Leo has achieved more than he could ever imagine. From being awarded the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence to collaborate in the travel industry with a Japanese enterprise, bulding relationships with diverse people. 

His skill and passion for marketing and design have allowed Leo to collaborate in a wide range of industries, including advertising, travel, sport & fitness, education, hospitality, manufacturing and retail. Currently, Leo is working tirelessly to make a positive impact on society, and he is in the process of settling in Australia with his lovely wife.
