THE CHALLENGE
Ergosleep was launching through a small number of premium retail stores, where first impressions mattered most. However, the store environments didn’t reflect the brand’s promise of comfort, quality and sophistication. This created a real risk: customers could walk into the store, see the product and not feel the value behind it. In a category where trust and perception drive purchase decisions, a weak retail experience could slow adoption, reduce conversions and undermine the impact of an otherwise innovative product.
THE SOLUTION
Leo designed Ergosleep’s retail interiors from the ground up, creating a space that translated the brand’s values into a physical experience. The design was guided by the Golden Ratio, reinforcing balance and harmony, key principles aligned with ergonomic wellbeing. Natural materials such as timber, plants and flowers were used to create a calm, premium atmosphere. Dark wood elements added depth and sophistication, while white walls, green plants and purple floral accents reinforced contrast, clarity and brand recognition. The result was a retail environment designed to enhance comfort, trust and customer experience.
