THE CHALLENGE
The distribution strategy to launch Ergosleep was exclusive. Some owned retail stores were identified that fulfilled the requirements in terms of premium location. However, the store's design did not match ErgoSleep's brand personality in terms of sophistication.
THE SOLUTION
Leo designed from scratch the interior design of Ergoslpeep's stores. He took into account the golden ratio, said to be compelling due to its prevalence in nature. Leo selected natural materials such as timber, plants and flowers. In addition, to illustrate the sophisticated brand personality, Leo chose dark wood to create a lively atmosphere, contrasting the white wall, green plants and purple flowers.
